In this episode, we dive into the biggest updates in the auto industry for October 2024. First, we look at the 2025 Chevy Colorado, which is slimming down its engine offerings by eliminating the base model engine. Now, the Colorado only comes with a turbocharged 310-hp 2.7-liter four-cylinder, making the base model as powerful as the top-of-the-line ZR2. All that’s left for buyers to decide are the equipment and color choices. Next, we explore Ford’s redesigned 2025 Expedition, which now offers an off-road Tremor model for the first time, replacing the Timberline. The Tremor comes equipped with LED grille lights, a bash plate from the F-150 Raptor, and 33-inch all-terrain tires, while maintaining most of the features the Timberline offered. Chevy also released the price for its 2025 Silverado EV LT, starting at $75,195 and qualifying for a $7,500 federal tax credit. With a range of 408 miles, this new model brings a more affordable option to Chevy’s electric lineup after last year’s RST First-Edition. In a thrilling milestone, the Corvette ZR1 achieved a top speed of 233 mph. Yes, you read that right—233 mph! Lastly, Dodge is back with another special edition of the 2025 Durango SRT Hellcat, called the Brass Monkey edition. This limited edition will feature a brown leather interior, brass wheels, and a satin-wrapped hood, priced at $115,315. Catch up on all these updates and hear our thoughts on the latest automotive trend!
